Q: What is a secured loan?
A: A secured loan is a loan in which the borrower pledges assets (such as their house) as collateral for the loan.The loan is secured against the collateral in the event that the borrower defaults, the lender takes possession of the asset used as collateral and may sell it to regain the amount originally lent to the borrower.

A: For a loan application, loan set-up, valuation and legal expenses you won't pay any fees at all. If we have to make amendments to your loan, you may incur some specific charges.
Q: How long will it take to process my loan?
A: Our aim is to process the loan as fast as possible. Normally the time from initial application to release of funds is 14 to 21 working days.

Q:What happens if I move house?
A: If you move house you should contact the loan provider with your new details.
Q:What happens if I repay my loan early?
A: You're welcome to settle your loan in full before the end of the loan term. We will, however, charge an early repayment fee. Your loan consultant will talk to you about this as the cost will vary according to the size and duration of your loan.
Q: What happens if I fall behind with my repayments?
